Everything about this palace is extraordinary. And trust us when we say that the pictures on booking do not do this original palace justice. Everything here is just one huge warm welcome! And of course, an outstanding experience away from home is never just about the comfortable beds, the continental breakfast or the authentic entourage - it is also all about the PEOPLE that make your stay memorable. At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Come rain or come shine. Thank you Allan, Victoria, Ricardo, Lucio, Joao, Daniel and one name that we could not remember exactly: Diogo/Diego... there were more than 15 great people. Baixa is one of the best areas to stay in Lisbon, close to everything. Breakfast was amazing, beautiful terrace for eating, comfortable bed, very nice house, like in a fairytale

The setting is very nice. We loved the back garden with the pool. It offers a relaxing area to chill. Super close to the bar and restaurant neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Staff were great, we felt very welcome. On our next trip to Lisboa, we will for sure stay here :)

We were met onsite by Bernardo who helped us check in. We were delighted to also be gifted with a Christmas hamper! The apartment is beautiful and in an excellent location. Once you close the shutters, it is very quiet at night. Perfect for our family of three.

Lisbon House Misericordia is fantastic 👌 The property is located in a central area for travellers wanting to explore beautiful Lisbon. The quality of the apartment is ideal for a couple. The whole apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable, unbelievably spacious, well kept and most importantly exceptionally quiet so you can enjoy a good night's sleep and rest. Our host was always available but to be honest we were never required to contact them. It's such easy access to the apartment. The location has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We travel all over Europe and Lisbon House Misericordia is by far the best apartment we have stayed in especially for the price. Air-conditioning throughout the property but we didn't require this as we stayed in early April 2025. You will most definitely enjoy the comfort when staying here. When we come back to Lisbon I won't book anywhere else. Excellent apartment 5/5

We had a lovely stay at My Suite Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and attentive (especially Alexander who gave us some great recommendations around the city). The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and a good start to the day. We had a brilliant stay :)
