The employées are very welcoming and nice
The room was spacious (2 single beds), with windows facing the Old Town
The bathroom was clean and the toiletries were of a good quality
I honestly loved my stay there and I will further recommend it to my close friends. If I will come back to Lisbon, this is the place where I will stay.

Everything was amazing. It was my first time traveling alone and this stay made my experience even better. The staff were super friendly and approachable. I like the fact that there was a lot of activities going on but the way they announce and communicate about it did not feel pushy or obligated at all. In general it was soo much fun.

This is the second time I choose to stay here, mainly because of the convenient location and safe, the clean rooms, and the polite and enthusiastic staff. They will try the best to meet my needs and remind me of check-in matters a few days in advance. Cause the day of check-in was my family's birthday, i communicated with they booked a birthday cake and bouquet who was very helpful and arranged everything . On the day of check-in, my family was very happy and surprised to see the cake and bouquet on the dining table. This place makes me feel at home, very comfortable and relaxing! I'm deeply touched, and especially for Henrique and Vera, I can't thank you enough.
