Room was extremely clean ! The staff so helpful and friendly !!! Free bus to go to the haram exactly 19 minute ! And uber 6€ 14 minute away . Breakfast it’s very very nice ! If you say it’s no good you lie guys

You enter into the hotel and will forget that you are in a hotel. The stuff from the check-in to that in the breakfast restaurant take their time to make sure that you are heard. There was no issue with the language as everyone was speaking perfect English. The night shift staff at the check-in time Mr. Anmar, Omer and Faysal were the best. Amin Rahman at the breakfast restaurant was doing excellent Job. The variety of food for the breakfast is simply the best. We really liked the room and the pillows were too good to forget the tiredness you get from performing Umrah and simply fell asleep. There is a dedicated mosque for male and female with direct sound from the Haram.

Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.

The boss Mr. Abdullah is very nice and warmly welcome the guests. Hotel was very clean and the reception was very cooperative. Location of the hotel is not far from Haram. It takes only 7-10 minutes on taxi to get to Haram. Main road is just 2-3 min walk from the hotel where you can get a taxi to Haram. Taxi fare is 5 riyal from hotel to Haram. On return from Haram to hotel is 10 riyal. you may have to negotiate about the fare. You can find lots of food around the hotel.
