Everything was perfect. Everyone in the hotel is so kind and nice. From reception, staff on breakfast, fantastic lady in tourist agency in a hole of hotel, lady for massage which came to our room...absolutely wonderful people. Breakfast was excellent. Restoran / I don't remembered name/, near reception with European food was excellent. My daughter and I were surprised that was sooo nice in this hotel. We will come back.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the views from the upper floors and pool were stunning. We really like this hotel. We have stayed there several times already. Very cozy rooms, convenient location, friendly and welcoming staff. There are several nice cafes with very tasty food near the hotel. Next time we come to Bangkok for the weekend, we will definitely stay there. The only inconvenience is the construction in this area. But there are no complaints about the hotel.

The great staff arranged a wonderful room with a nice view which can see the beautiful sunset and BTS line, it was also appreciated to prepare a birthday cake and cute decoration on the bed. The staff who helps to deliver the luggage was also very nice with lot of smiles to explain the facilities in the room. Very recommend to choose this hotel if you’re planning to visit Bangkok, it’s close to BTS Asok to walk about 10min.
