Basically just a good hotel as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. You experience real quality when something goes wrong. In our case, first an unpleasant mattress that was replaced the next day. On the day of departure I became unwell and required hospital assistance. The help and treatment from the hotel were sublime. They have given all misery a golden edge. Even flowers in the room for a get well soon. I will definitely come back here next time.

I really enjoyed my stay there! It’s Extremely clean, the bed is comfy and you feel you have a lot of privacy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely tiny terrace overlooking the canal. Great location too!
