We loved everything about this hotel, in particular the staff who was efficient and attentive. For some reason we were upgraded to a bigger room and it was nice to have some extra space. Very accurate room design, in particular the lights. The bed was hard and comfortable. The room was very clean. Excellent AC. The hotel is just 10min walk from the busy downtown area. Should we go back to Hat Yai, this is the place we would return.
