This hostel was excellent. Not your typical ‘hostel’ by any means. I would class it as a boutique hotel. There are only 10 rooms so it’s very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Mon prepares breakfast every day. She will also cook fried eggs and mango sticky rice if you want some. The room was lovely and clean. The aircon was great because we weren’t used to the heat and humidity of Thailand. The location was awesome. Right in the heart of Old Phuket Town. Mon helps to find things like 7-Eleven. She had her iPad and showed us the way to get there. I couldn’t speak more highly of this accommodation.

The hotel was centrally located in town, walking distance from some very goof Michellin rated restaurants and the shopping street. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The staff was incredible. They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We will return here if we once again find ourselves in Phuket.

we really liked the style and it was clean. the staff was very friendly and the location good (lots of restaurants, cosy coffee places and bars around; the sightseeing spots recommended in our guidebook were nearby). would stay here again :) .

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

Great place in the middle of Old Town. Restaurants and bars in a walking distance of 5 mins. Room lovely and quiet. Bed comfy. Exceptional breakfast!! I really appreciate that u have to choose breakfast from the menu so ppl dont overload their plates on a buffet and then leave 3/4 of it to waste!! Love the fact of little "french press" for a coffee in the room and the yummy cookies to go with it.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a minute’s walk from Old Town, with great hospitality from the friendly host. The room is quite basic – the bed is a bit firm, and instead of a blanket, there are towels for covering at night. Overall, we stayed for one night, and the value for money was definitely worth it. This is a great choice for a short stay of one or two days, ideal as a convenient stopover.

The hotel's location, vibe, and atmosphere were great. I was delighted to find that it met my expectations and was indeed the best possible choice.
