We loved the energy and decor, very retro and felt quintesentually Austin. The heated poo was also phenomal in the winter. Very walkable to south congress, we rarely left the area on our trip.
Also told the staff when I came to check-in (but not ahead of time online) that we were here for my birthday weekend. When we got to the room they gave us free wine!! Such a nice touch and truly lovely folks.

Perfect location. Great set up with excellent cafe bar and restaurant and also speakeasy and coffee shop- possibly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Decor is beautiful- staff are friendly and helpful. It’s super clean too. Bed is very comfortable and really big. Spacious room and well equipped with everything you need.
