We loved everything about the hotel, from its central location to the attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The Room was beautiful, the bed and pillows comfotable. They offered complimentary water which was good, especially with the heat wave in New York when we were there. The location of the hotel is excellent to explore NY.

The hotel was simply wonderful Excellent location and a staff that helps with everything. The hotel is not new, but provides a very pleasant atmosphere in contrast to the big chaos of New York. Everything! Perfect location to get around the city and very close to Central Park. We had a good view of the Thanksgiving Day parade! Walking distance to The Brooklyn Diner, and The Burger Joint (hidden behind the red curtains) inside the Thompson Hotel. The coffee maker was amazing, daily bottled water, and refrigerator. The housekeeping staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant, especially Zuka! She is wonderful!
