Good location, just a few minutes walk from French Quarter, comfortable beds with a curtain for your privacy, spacious rooms, always clean bathrooms, free breakfast(pretty basic one but if you are a budget traveler that’s a good start to a day), friendly staff.

Superb value especially with breakfast and kickback including three alcoholic drinks per adult Front desk Staff were super helpful. Parking 34$ +tax with in and out privileges for 24hrs. Pool on 6th floor was small but perfect and it wasn't too busy for our Monday night stay. There was even a hot tub. Towels provided near the pool. Gym was great and served its purpose.

Just a top quality place, the staff especially Debbie and Dennis were so friendly, the breakfasts were awesome,it was difficult to find any fault save for the small one below.

- Interior and rooms are pretty new - Beds are comfy - The location is a good sweet spot for Mardi Gras – close enough to the city that you can reach the French Quarter without too much trouble, and 2x-3x cheaper than hotels there

The location and history of this place are amazing. Staff went above and beyond to help. Such a great place for our 3 nights in New Orleans. Felt very safe in this hotel and location. And the revolving Carousel bar is an added bonus!

Location was superb. I could see out the window all the Mardi Gras Parades at the intersection of St. Charles and Canal. Room was spacious and perfect for a short-duration stay. I stayed for four nights.
