Location was very central . Close to everything. We walked a lot . The hotel is in the top of the Comcast building. It has stunning views and is very comfortable.

As someone with social anxiety, not needing to interact with staff as soon as I arrive is a relief, but they are very attentious for whatever we need, personally, by text or call. Instructions on housekeeping is also very helpful and clear, higiene products are very good to use The lobby and communal space are very comfortable, water and ice being easily available was very appreciated Everything in this hotel is very sustainable

Great place! Nice to find one of the more affordable options in Philadelphia was also one of the best. The B & B had so much character and our room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent for walking to many attractions and was in a lovely neighbourhood. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was generous - appreciated them starting a bit earlier than scheduled when we had to catch a flight.

The breakfast was great, their was even fruit available during the day and it even had a little store you could buy meals to cook in your room or drinks etc.

There was a young African American man I think his. Name was Timothy, maybe in his 30s a small Afro and glasses I think. He was the first person to meet And greet my family when we pulled up and right from his introduction I could tell I would like this place and picked the right hotel. He was very friendly and great with my small son, he was patient and very accommodating and knowledgeable and being as tho I was in town to bury my mother he brightened our trip. He deserves a raise. Keep him on your staff.
