The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally!
The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place.
Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Very luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A Whole Foods was located practically next door so that was convenient. Overall a lovely hotel.

Located across the Pike market, very close to the buses and light rail, as well as many attractions. Staff was super helpful and friendly and I'm grateful to Sam for all the info and support he provided me with as a first time hostel guest and a solo traveler. The hostel organises social events every night, breakfast is served, etc. Felt welcoming and warm.
