Location: near bus stop andQFC! It’s very convenient to buy groceries and take the bus to go to UW in 10minutes and20 minutes to downtown Seattle! Service: the self checking process is not complicated at all. Also, the instruction is very clear. 19. There is some problems for our air conditioner. I wrote an email to the customer service and got feedback very quickly the same day. Much appreciated for that. Cleaniess: the room is clean and pleasant! Best of all, in Seattle some hotels don’t provide air conditioning! But this room is equipped with portable air conditioner, which is much help during the summer heat

Location along side bus stop nearby was good. The room had mosquito net on window, which helped to air the room.
