The staff was absolutely amazing, rooms were large and well equipped with a daily room service, good air conditioning, small nice balcony, bed was very large and comfortable, room had a shower and a bathtub, breakfast was good also, very good soundproofing and a quiet location

Fantastic stay for 8 nights in room 502 (king suite). Staff very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping excellent. Elevator. Spacious room. W/D. Ceiling fans. A/C. Filtered water cooler. Location for us (middle aged couple) was perfect. Not too touristy, and just 15 to 20 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake area (or take a cheap Grab). Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
