Loved that it was open at 12am for checking in when we arrived from Sapa and the staff were super helpful! Even though it is situated on the beer street and there was loud music, we were on the 4th floor so we could hardly hear anything. We slept peacefully and it was super clean and nice!

Great value for money in the heart of the Old Quarter! Dinh Lee and his staff are fabulous, polite and were able to fulfil our every request. Dinh Lee organised our itinerary for two weeks in North Vietnam including Ha Giang Loop tour, Sa Pa, Halong Bay Cruise and all the transfers in between and I had no worries everything was seamless! Dinh Lee had a good read on what level of cost and luxury his guests are seeking from there requests and provides suitable options for tours and transfers accordingly.
