The staff were amazing throughout our stay. We had an issue with the air conditioner in our room on the first day, and they promptly upgraded us to a higher-level room at no surcharge. We recommend this hotel for its location, the services available but most importantly the kindness and professionalism of the staff!

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are large, fully equipped and immaculately clean. The beds are very big and super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a very nice combination of western and local options. The coffee is really really good. On top of all that, is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating while being super professional. I cannot recommend this place more. Would love to stay here again whenever I get back to Hanoi.

We stayed at MiaCasa OldQuarter and really enjoyed it! The place is just a few steps from Ta Hien Street, so it’s super convenient if you want to explore the Old Quarter. The apartment was very clean and nicely set up. There’s a big bedroom with a wardrobe downstairs, and a cozy room upstairs. The Netflix projector and fast Wi-Fi were a nice bonus, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the terrace! It has plenty of seating and a barbecue, which made it a great spot to hang out in the evening. Check-in was simple, and the host was quick to respond. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi.
