The staff are all so kind and helpful! They really did their best to make my stay comfortable. The room is clean and comfy, and the breakfast is really good. It’s located right in the heart of the Old Quarter so it’s easy to experience the night vibes. The outside is lively and crowded at night, so I was worried about the noise. But the room was surprisingly very quiet, so we slept really well. We were so touched when the staff escorted us out on our departure and gave us a complimentary tote bag as a gift. Thank you for such a memorable stay! :)

Perfect stay and exquisite hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer but it was fully booked for my dates. Staff and service is top notch, just what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Right in the middle of Old Quarter so you’re able to walk around and visit all the major spots in the city. Highly recommended.

it’s near a lot of good and inexpensive food, near beer street if you are into that kind of thing, near spas, atm, even near the drop off point for passengers taking the sleeping bus from Sapa. It is near what you need within reach as a traveller. the staff were also very pleasant, specially Kelly, and also the other night lobby person. My room was clean everyday! will definitely stay here again!

Reception and staff were so welcoming which set the tone for our stay! New hotel, fresh, very clean especially the bedding towels and bathroom. Excellent location. Best of all were the staff - all who couldn’t do enough for us. They gave lots of information and helped to organize best excellent trips to Sapa, Hagiang and Ninh Binh. Highly recommend!
