Staff were outstanding! Super helpful and kind. Really felt like you could ask them anything and they always did their best to help. They organised tours, did laundry, and gave great recommendations on places to eat. They all spoke excellent English too and should be commended on that. I thought the location next to the train line was really cool too :)

I love everything about hotel.
The staff is purely amazing. We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night.
Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple.
The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat.
Location of the hotel is great.
We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake.
If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

ClassyC Hotel was a haven in the bustling city of Hanoi. The rooms were luxurious. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were cleverly designed with the amazing liquid crystal windows. Our rooms were rapidly made up every day while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The rooftop pool & bar was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The hotel was a quick walk to the lake & right in the heart of the old quarter. The staff could not have been more helpful & accommodating. The hot stone massage at the spa was outstanding. This hotel was recommended to us & was a wonderful positive & luxurious experience at the end of our stay in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend ClassyC Hotel.
