This hotel was beautiful. Very aesthetic,rooms are spacious and clean. They clean our rooms daily, change our towels daily too. The food served at breakfast tasted delicious, I truly enjoyed it. There were lots to choose from Vietnamese cuisine to western cuisines. Location was perfect, walking distance to the lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral may be around 5 mins walk or less, and to more popular tourists spots. Would recommend this place.

We loved our stay at salute hôtel, especially thanks to the staff that was super attentive and always very nice. We can only recommend staying there as they really made the difference (plus location and breakfast were both perfect !). We could take a shower before heading for the night train even though we had already checked out, which we appreciated a lot after a day of visit in very hot weather.

I like that the staff was always super available both before and during my staying. The location was perfect and I loved the fact that they proposed different activities throughout the week. I joined the free walking tour, the cooking class and one free-beer pre-soirée.
I would particularly recommend the free tour with Billy that showed us the district despite the rain, and the cooking class with the tour of the market before that was super super super interesting and Billy and Lim were fun and great mentors
Now I'm in Ha Giang to start their Ha Giang Loop but I don't have insights to share yet

Clean and comfortable room. Good hospitality thanks to all friendly staffs. Bathroom has a good ventilation. Room included the excellent breakfast. You can choose from the buffet and a la carte menu such as Bahn Mi, Pho, Pancake, Crepe, English Breakfast, Spring Roll and so on all-you-can-eat
Good location in the old quarter and next to plenty of restaurants and Hanoi street food !!! I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing or taking grab bike or grab car.
They gave you the recommended restaurants close to the hotel and the ones I have been to are all yummy.

The staff are extremely attentive and caring. I've never had such great hospitality ever. Liam lee was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal.
The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is really cozy with good location and the front desk girl is really helpful. Btw the breakfast pho is really good. I ordered noodles everyday. Hotel price is a good deal for travellers.You can pay either by card or cash. I recommend cash cuz there’s a 2% fee for card.On the check out date, you can ask the hotel for the drop off service to the airport. It is cheaper than grab. Overall, really happy to stay here.

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff. Location is really good with lots of great restaurants and cafés close by. The lake is also just a short walk from the hotel for a nice stroll. Overall, really happy with our stay.
