Excellent hotel in Hanoi. We felt at home and comfortable. Very good location in the old city. Staff were exceptional efforts to assist advise and help organize to make our visiting place, tour. They were very kind when we left and saw us to the door. Room was comfortable and very well equipped. We loved the armatures in the bathroom. They were beautiful. Breakfast was very good in terms of variety. The staff there were very kind and fulfilled our requests. Bar on the top floor was nice. Food was good and well priced. If I come to Hanoi again, I will definitely stay at May de Ville Crown.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.
