just WOW.
This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities.
(Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.)
I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning and a nice view too. It was also great to have a nice gym and steam sauna. We also loved that our request of a crib was already setup when we arrived, especially as we were tired from traveling.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family of four. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
The hotel facilities were very good. We used the pool and gym regularly.
It’s located about 15 mins from the old quarter - just 70,000D. For us we had the best of both worlds. The quietness, space etc of Westlake but within a few minutes of the madness of the city centre.
The breakfast was reasonably good. Probably some improvements to bring to real 5 star quality - I’d say 4.5 stars for breakfast.
But the staff are what make this hotel. 6/5 stars.
From the reception, bar, breakfast, gym, pool and even maintenance and cleaning. They were alll so very friendly, helpful and warm.
Thanks so much to Karl, Jamie and all the brilliant staff for making us so welcome.

I had an exceptional stay in this hotel in Hanoi! The apartment was top notch - brand new, spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities you'd need, plus a nice view. The girl at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. It was an excellent experience at a great price. Highly recommend it to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks to the hotel staff for such a comfortable stay!

I had a nice stay at the property. The whole place was clean, cosy and nicely decorated. All the appliences worked well. There was a stable Wi-Fi connection. I enjoyed the room with a street view. The room was of a decent size. The high ceilings in the property added to the feeling of comfort. It was handy to be able to use the washing machine on the top floor. The hostess was nice and friendly. The area was peaceful and the lake was in a walking distance.
