I decided to stay for the night for my 6am flight the following day. The place is lovely in a residential street, you feel safe being with the family who runs this small hostel. They care that you make it to the airport on time. From my experience, it took me at least 15 mins to walk to the domestic airport. You should try to familiarise the route to the airport before your actual flight. Note that the international airport is a bit further, not sure how walkable that is.
The area has lots of eateries esp on the route to the domestic airport, prices are cheaper compared to District 1. There are also many mini markets for drinks & snacks etc.

I was so lucky to be welcomed by Uyen who wait until 2am at night to help me to get through the hotel ! She was very kind and helpful 💕. I helped me with the taxi and everything. The room was very comfortable with everything you need, everything is very designed and new. It’s very close to the airport ! I could rest comfortably 🥰. Thank you !!!
