The room was perfect for us ( 2 friends with daughters) and super clean. The staff is amazing and very attentive. My friend mentioned her something about her pillow and it was replaced the same day. The outdoor area is very nice and you can have drinks there after dinner. They also arranged an excursion for us shortly after we asked about it at breakfast.

A definite 10 for me. Way exceeded expectations, the photos are accurate. The hotel is new and you can tell. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even within the time we were there we saw improvements such as the addition of shampoo, body wash and hand soap dispensers.that replaced the single use disposable ones. We originally booked for 2 days and then booked for an additional 4 as we did not have immediate plans and we thought the value and facilities were so good. The staff were some of the friendliest I have come across in Vietnam or anywhere, always smiling, helping and some have really good English. There's a small but decent gym, the pool is lovely and the buffet breakfast has loads of options and features some new ones each day. The games room and bar on the roof provided us with great entertainment on a rainy night also. It is clear that this hotel has a high standard already and is aiming higher with how they serve and what they provide for their clientele. For this reason I expect that the price may increase in the future.as they build a reputation so I am glad I was able to stay there for the great price I got.

Lovely property! Clean and comfortable rooms. Location is the perfect distance from the Old Town - close enough to walk but away from the crowds. They have an amazing collection of bonsais, true works of art! Autumn and her husband went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

Very clean accomodation and the room is quite big. It is walking distance to the river, Ancient Town, and Hoi An Memories Land. Trang, the owner, is very hospitable and generous, providing useful recommendations on best things to do at better price. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Hoi An.

We love everything about the hotel from the location which was on a less happening side of Hoi An away from the crowd. Its view overlooking the river was beautiful and serene. Hotel room is amazing from comfort to its size and amenities in the room! Breakfast was great and hospitality is commendable. Amazing service and very impressive stay!

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Hoi An, Sunny Riverside Homestay is a villa surrounded by views of the garden.

i’m so blessed to find out about this homestay! located in very quiet area, with locals selling fruits and veggies on the street - so you have a fruit market just 2 min away big plus, that they have a bicycle and also they have breakfast every day :)
