Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day! Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

Em gave us a free upgrade and our suite had the most amazing view. We had two double rooms and a lounge and kitchen. The bathroom was modern and it was clean. We borrowed bikes to cycle around and we played with her kids in the pool. They went above and beyond helping us. Em even booked some last minute train tickets for us.

Considering the price we were very pleasently surprised, super spacious room with bathtub and balcony! All was arranged by staff so easily (lantern making class, drive to airport) and Cindy from reception told us all the best tips for our stay. She made sure every day that all was okay with us.

A true Wonderful Gem in Hoi An, the place is in the perfect location, the people are extremely helpful and supportive, this is truly a five stars services. I can come to city Centre by walk in only 3 minutes, Hotel also have bicycle for guests as well. They have 2 beautiful swimming pools, and super delicious breakfast. Overall, i would like to thank you for a wonderful stay and i will definitely be back again.
