Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very positive is also the free bike rental, access to three different pools and a great breakfast. Overall definitely a recommendation, especially since the value for money is really excellent.

If you are just looking for a luxury resort don’t come here!! Zest Resort is more than that… Location: if you like to experience the real vietnamese countryside, immerse yourself in nature, experience the local environment. The rooster in the morning, the dogs around the area, fishing, small wild animals, cows, beautiful palms and tropical flowers, coconut trees, the lake, the wooden architecture, the local people, the small roads, temples…. This is the place for you!! The Resort: well, the pool is great! but the lake, the gardens and the bar are also something that i enjoyed a lot. you can also enjoy the spa in small houses on the lake and rent the boat that is great for kids. the environment is really relaxing! Breakfast is not the best in my opinion but they have a good variety of choices. The team: This is what i liked the most. Miss.Vi, Thuy, Hoa, Tai and all the others are so professional and kind that i will remember them forever. they also helped me to organize to my wife birthday surprise with decorations, cakes, flowers, music and they even sang happy birthday to her. that was so sweet! They are really attentive to all the details every day of your stay, that’s what i liked! thank you guys for everything! hope to see you soon!

Location too far to walk to the center but free shuttle service both directions. One of the best breakfasts during the holidays. They upgraded us to a suite which was awesome. Different area across the street with a second pool.

We could left our luggage in the lobby and use hotels swimming pool and we could check-in one hour earlier bcs we arrived in the morning. The same story goes for departure. After check out we could use swimming pool as well and they have offered to us transport to our next destination (for extra pay). The staff treated us extremely well. While waiting we got a refreshment drinks. 100% worth for the money.

We loved the pools, friendly and chatty staff and beautiful garden. The hotel is located away from the ancient town, but we didn't mind it at all. The rooms are quite spacious. Both of the rooms had a great view of either a court yard or a private garden. The hotel is quite dated but very charming. We loved every minute of our stay and felt very comfortable. All the employees were very welcoming, the hospotality was top notch.

This is a lovely resort set in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was good & the food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff were lovely. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town which is worth visiting especially at night to see the lanterns.

The warm welcome made us feel like home immediately. Romina & Paolo (the owner) and staff were super helpful and open to connect with their guests. The cozy rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for enjoying some time at the beach and exploring Hoi An Oldtown. The Lime Villa provided bikes for free and organises scooters for rent, if you need one. We really loved it here and it was by far the best accommodation we've had so far in Vietnam. Highly recommended for a genuine and welcoming experience!

A new hotel, immaculately clean, nice clean and comfortable room, bath with a view! Nice quiet location, free bicycles to use. Approx 3.5km away from Hoi an old Town. 60000 VND in a grab taxi. Great pool with view over rice paddy fields. Lovely breakfast, good buffet spread, omelette / eggs to order, buffet, breads, croissants, sausage, bacon, Vietnamese foods, soups, salads, fruits, tea and coffee. No complaints at all. The staff are genuinely the nicest people we met in the whole of Vietnam after travelling the length of the country! Katherine, Rose and Sally did an amazing job as did the rest of the team. Well done! In the words or Arnold, I'll be back :)
