Very good location, nice staff and nice rooms. The hotel is very close to the old town but far sway enough so there is no noise from the busy streets in the evening.

We loved Emerald Hoi An Riverside hotel. The location was perfect and we had a river view room which was very quiet except there was construction next door during the day but at night it was very peaceful. The breakfast that was included was perfect, as well as the restaurant's regular menu which we used a few times. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful in every way. We would definately stay at this hotel again.

The location was perfect, so central to everything, but was still always quiet at night. Kate and The rest of the staff were so friendly and extremely attentive, they were always checking in on us and were so happy to help us arrange motorbike rentals, tours and tickets and so on. We really loved our stay here and the breakfast was really good too. It was also great that we could rent the bikes for free and the collaboration with the beach club which was 15 minutes away was great. We got free loungers on the beach when we went there and there was a shuttle service if needed. We even got complimentary foot massages, just because we booked 4 nights with them, it was a really nice touch.

Chau was really nice and helpful. Banh mi with egg was a good vegetation breakfast :) Only 5 minutes to the city center, but quiet for sleeping :)

the BEST!!! everything about our stay here was absolutely wonderful 🥰 The location is perfect, its on a quite street but very close to markets, restaurants etc. The hotel is lovely, beautiful spacey rooms and super clean 🌺 We are vegan and they catered for us with delicious breakfast 👌 But most importantly, the service was increadible. the couple that runs the hotel are wonderful and geniune people. very friendly, helpful and super professional. we are incredibly happy with our stay at this property and would have stayed longer if there was availability 🥲

The location is very near the central old town. You can simply walk around or use a bicycle which the Bill ben homestay provide for you free. The host family was super nice and we had a great time stay here! Definitely recommend 100%.

What can I complain here. Very reasonable price with super kind owner and delicious fresh cooked breakfast. The location is perfect. You should also visit the restaurant which they own. Very reasonable price with generous quantities. The foods were delicious, of course. :-) We had overall pleasant stay. Recommend!
