We loved everything! Our stay here was exceptional. The rooms are clean and very cosy, it was also very quiet. The breakfast options were really good, and An, Spring & Gavy were incredibly kind and professional. They also helped us book a taxi to the airport and gave nice tips. The hotel is walking distance from the Old Quarter, but can be reached by taxi. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An !!

My partner and I had a great time staying at Kim Phu Villa. We originally only booked 1 night but ended up staying 3. The host Vince and his wife are lovely people who made us feel very comfortable and we’re able to recommend restaurants, cooking classes and more. We also go laundry done with a very quick turnaround. Kim Phu villa is a lovely place to stay in Hoi An!

Everything was beyond what I expected. We were greeted warmly with a cup of tea and some coconut crispy chips by Emily. She explained everything that we needed to know about traveling in Hoi An. She also helped us book tours and show tickets, which had made our trip so easy and worthwhile. I cannot express how grateful I am to her and Nancy, who also made breakfast for us. I was also impressed by the artefacts and decoration of Kaia Gallery Hotel Hoi An. It is calm and elegant. Our room was also well-arranged and full of good surprises.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Vietnam. Staff was very friendly and helped us book tours and buses. The apartment was spotless and the bed sheets smelled amazing. We had a fully equipped kitchen which has been a rare find so far. We could refill our water bottles at the reception. The minibar was decently priced. The apartment was in a quiet area but we could easily walk to the old town. It provided bicycles free of charge. It had a nice rooftop pool but we didn't use it since it was raining. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Location, the area is very quiet, just 10 minutes or less to the center.
Clean, but really really clean. They undertund that a homestay could be simple but clean. That is wonderful

We never expected to receive such a warm hospitality as we did here.
it feels more like staying with your family and not renting because the owner did absolutely everything for us starting with amazing breakfast and finishing with recommendations of food and massages, transfer for the really best price. You will not have to think of anything!
I could not recommend any other place to stay in Hoi an.
it was close to the old town, it had all the amenities, cleaning was done spectacularly.

Everything about this place starting from the location which is about 1 kms from the ancient town to the lovely hosts, everything was perfect. The hosts were very cordial and arranged airport pick from danang airport at around 1200k VND. There was some language hiccups but they always did more what we asked for. The rooms were clean and huge, we also were given umbrellas to go out when it rained. Overall I would say it was a very good stay and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Hoi an.
