My fiancé and I loved our time at Hoianese Heritage Hotel in Hoi An. Min and Helen were among the best hosts we have ever had, so sweet, friendly, and helpful with recommendations of what to do in Hoi An. We arrived early in the morning after a journey with the night sleeping bus and went straight away for a cooking class, and when we came back they prepared our room and cooled it down which was perfect. There is free water, coffee and tea for all the guests, and a very delicious breakfast available at the location. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was great - close to the night market but quiet and away from the crowded areas.The staff also helped us with the bus for our next location at a good price. We would certainly recommend this hotel, as it is great value for money.

Fabulous location, very close to both the old town and the rice fields/veggie gardens and scenic cafes. It is also quite serene and peaceful given its proximity to the hustle and bustle. The rooms are cool, comfortable and well equipped. The decor and finishings are exceptional and carefully curated with an eye to detail, lighting and natural finishes. The staff were also extremely helpful.

Excellent value! Absolutely loved the hosts! Good recommendations for things to do and very responsive on WhatsApp. Hai got up at 5.15am when we left early for our trip to My Son. Found us a great car & driver for our daytrip to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha & Da Nang beaches.. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Good bed. Hot shower. Free water bottles daily - plus free refills. Location: Very quiet sidestreet. 10-12 mins walk to the action. Hai provides free bikes on request... great for short excursions (although we hired mountain bikes for a longer trip to the rice paddy's and the beach).
