Wow words can't even describe how beautiful this resort is, from the moment we arrived we were treated so well, the staff and extremely friendly and helpful and the resort itself is so quiet and peaceful
We were a bit worried being so far away from the action but honestly it was great. We grabbed the WhatsApp for once first drivers we had and could just message him when we wanted to go somewhere. Grab was hit and miss on if anything was around but they can call you a taxi if you can't can't something, but it is paid in cash to driver
We had the ocean view room and apart from the 100 stairs our room came with (luckily we didn't have to attempt to climb these often) but it was worth it for the view which was absolutely stunning from our bed and the pool
The private pool was fantastic and so relaxing, along with the sun loungers
The villa itself is fantastic and so spacious, there was a water filter cooler and it was amazing to finally have water available without any thought
The breakfast can be a bit hectic but the food was delicious and we never got sick of it
The beach is really clean and pretty as well plus there are some activities like kayaking .
The app that they have for communication and keeping everyone informed was also fantastic and it made the experience so much better as was so easy to chat to someone and ask questions or got things booked.
We had dinner once at the restaurant on the beach with live music and the food, drinks and atmosphere was great
We were so sad to leave and it's been one of our favour resorts to have stayed in. We want to thank all the staff for making our honeymoon amazing and hopefully we can revisit again one day

I had a wonderful stay at Sakurakyo Hotel. The hotel was spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. The staff provided enthusiastic and professional service, always polite, charming, and ready to assist. I especially appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and the thoughtful gift of two cable car tickets. Watching fireworks directly from the hotel was a delightful bonus.
Having read multiple consecutive one-star reviews, I was initially skeptical, but as a seasoned traveler, it became clear to me that these reviews might be a result of unfair competition. My personal experience was completely positive, and I confidently recommend Sakurakyo Hotel to friends and family looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect. Just 2-3 minutes stroll down to the amazing Khem beach. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which had all the facilities in the room as described. My room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and free water bottles. I had a lovely view of trees from the window. Mr Thang and Mr Nam were wonderful hosts, making my stay here most enjoyable. They recommended places and arranged my transfer back to the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet road just off the beach. If you're looking for a friendly, homely, stay close to Khem Beach, this is perfect for you.
