I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Excellent location, beautifull view, very friendly host. Really big house with four bedrooms, large living space and amazing veranda which we liked the most. Secluded area, no big shops around. But you can buy everything you need at a small shop and bakery nearby. Some kitchen items were missing and immediately provided by the host. Thank you Azat, we were happy to stay at your house!

The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. Chkalovka Guest House is a place with beautiful garden, where You can spend some time. The owners are very friendly and hearty, they always asked if we need anything. Despite language barier we were able to communicate using google translator. Breakfast was delicious and large. Hosts asked us what we want to eat and prepared it on their own. We highly recommend this place to stay and hope that we will go there in the future :)
