The property is a beautiful home with magnificent gardens on a working farm. The views from our room was true Ireland green and lush. Pearl and Wayne extremely friendly and welcoming hosts! Breakfast was delicious especially with home made bread, scones and preserves. Great attention to detail made our stay just perfect! Thank you so much

Spacious, clean, gorgeous home from home with great amenities and mod cons. Would definitely stay again! Communication was easy with host. Large garden and shop/restaurant/pub/takeaway 2mins drive away (you could walk). Beautiful views over lake.

So cosy. We stayed there 2 nights and were given the right amount of information prior to our stay about the location, how to get in and how to turn heating on and the facilities are all you need. They left us bread, milk, eggs, juice and other essentials etc and it’s not far from Ballinagh where you can get anything else you may need. Great weekend

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was very clean and comfortable with all services/facilities, and all you would possibly need in the fully functioning kitchen. Great showers and comfortable beds ... perfect location for the wedding we were attending in Mohill and Lough Rynn Castle. Just a few mins walk to the castle and a short drive to Mohill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location.

    The views from the property were amazing. We particularly enjoyed watching the cows relaxing in the next field. Pearl was very welcoming providing all the comforts of home. The room and en suite were spacious, light and airy and very comfortable enabling a really good sleep. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the tennis court, crazy golf and games room. We had some fun there. Breakfast was very tasty with homemade bread and scones.

    Lovely family run hotel located in Arvagh. Room was very clean. Staff were exceptional both in the bar and restaurant very efficient but most of all very friendly.Dinner was very tasty,couldn't fault it in anyway.We will definitely be returning in the future.
