The host is the most hardworking man I've ever met, very polite, cares about his guests, always comes around to make sure his guests are good, always available, gives you all the information, help and support you need. Very focused, organised, hardworking with a smile on his face. You need anything? He's a call away. The hotel has everything to make you feel at home...away from home and that includes a surveillance camera to keep the property secure and make the guests feel safe. The hotel is adjacent to the Bus stop, a stone throw to the train station, and few minutes walk to basic amenities like supermarkets, pharmacy, eatery, you name it. JUST WOW.!! The property is exactly as described, super clean, super comfortable, hot tub was amazing and Claire was an amazing host! There was snow on the ground the night before we were due to arrive and Claire very nicely asked us if we wanted to change to a different date as the roads were so bad but we went ahead and we were so glad we did! Ballyhaunis town was 12 mins away, closer than castlerea and we had a nice Chinese take away for anyone in the future staying in this property! The peace and tranquility is such a win and under 2hrs from Dublin it was perfect for our family reunion. Thank you Claire, we will 100% be back and we can honestly recommend anyone looking for a lovely house away from the world, book this house!! Keith

The setting was rural and peaceful however there was plenty of activities inside the house. It was very clean.
