David the owner is friendly and very responsive. We appreciated the upgrade to the larger unit. The unit we stayed in was large with excellent amenities, and beautiful finishes. It was kitted out with hob, shabbat urn, hot tray, washing machine and dryer. Lovely lounge area and very comfortable beds. There are extra mattresses and sofa beds too. The view is beautiful and parking was always readily available . Very quiet location and within walking distance of a big shopping mall with excellent transport links.

What a treasure! We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again if we return to Jerusalem. The thing that impressed us the most was the friendly, professional and careful service. We were welcomed with warm hospitality. Someone went with my husband to park our car in a nearby lot. The rooms were fabulous-- stone walls and antique furniture. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had nice shampoo, lotion etc and a powerful, hot shower. We enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner in the restaurant and generous breakfast the following morning. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Garden Tomb and the old city of Jerusalem (Damascus gate). We were a group of 6 people (3 rooms) and everyone was fully satisfied!

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a lovely, lush garden in between the stone buildings of the estate. Ample free parking was available on site. The service was superb, all staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and there was a selection of vegan items available upon request. Complimentary beverages and water bottles were stocked daily in the room, and having a Nespresso coffee machine complete with capsules in the room was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas holiday and the festive atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks at the bar, which is comfortable and cozy, lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
