Great accommodation, well placed for star trip. Excellent location for northern light chasing. The owners are very cooperative in all means. Very good breakfast in a Cousy and very pleasant dining room. Bottom line: warm recommendation.

Perfection. Goodness, the level of excellence in the design of these cabins is incredible. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was just the perfect end to our stay. I could not recommend this spot more. Oh, and we got to see the lights! Added bonus!

we arrived around 8pm and the nice little gentleman showed us a round. the dogs are friendly. it’s clean and warm! we waited for the aurora and we finally saw it! everything is perfect!

Everything - easy to find with clear signage, the hosts were lovely people, comfy beds, the room was spacious and extremely clean, shower had very good water pressure and was warm. Its about 15 min from Selfoss so really close to amenities but secluded at the same time. There is a fridge in the room for your own food, kettle and tea and a welcome biscuit. Easy parking just out front. We came a bit late around 10pm so didn't see the full kitchen but in the common corridor for the 2 guest rooms, there is a microwave and plates and cutlery for use probably because of those late check ins and snacks. So thoughtful!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique dome house. The place is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, with adorable horses nearby that made the atmosphere even more special. The host was very welcoming, and everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. The dome itself was cozy and relaxing, and at night we could enjoy the sky and even a few stars through the clear panels (no aurora during this season, but it must be magical when it appears!). Inside, the accommodation was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, sink, plates, cutlery, and more. It was the perfect combination of comfort and nature, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Iceland.

I would definitely go there again. More beautiful than on the pictures, peaceful, good cooking area, nice places to chat whit other guests, clean, friendly owners, everything was good.

We arrived very late and the key was waiting for us, without any problem. The breakfast was lovely. The location was fantastic off the road in a quiet location but close enough to be able to drive to the local amenities.

Peacefully situated by Lake Villingarholt, Vatnsholt Bed & Breakfast is 16 km from Selfoss town centre. Impressive mountain views are featured.

This was just an incredible stay and such a cool experience! The Bubble was nice and clean and so warm and cozy despite the wind and snow! You have complete privacy in the Bubble and can't see any others from your room. The location of the bubbles was amazing too - nestled among the trees at the top of a hill with a lovely lit path to the Bubbles! The communal areas were also great and very clean.

there was everything that we needed. good communication. it is a Nice place whith horses. easy to find it. in cottage there are good matraces, and a lot of kitchen equipment. good to stay
