Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The facilities for kids is amazing. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Cannot rate this hotel high enough. Will definitely be coming back when we come back to legoland next year.

The accommodation is clean, spacious and cosy. The kitchenware is very comprehensive. The Family Mart convenient store is just around the corner. More importantly, there is a built-in garage at the accommodation.

Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and large. Really handy that it had a separate toilet. Could also access your own Netflix which was handy.

I liked that the gave a present kit to my kid for the hotel amenities, went several hotels around Japan and it was the first time, stayed for two nights but still they cleaned the room and brought new towels the next day. It was very close to Nagoya station and right next to hotel there is a convenient store.

Way exceeded my expectations for a Courtyard Marriott, it looked like a JW Marriott. Even the bathroom fixtures were high quality, grohe & hansgrohe. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. A friend who lives in the area said the Toyota execs stay here, which I can believe. Short taxi ride to Nagoya station, which we highly appreciated on the return trip. (We initially took public transportation to the hotel which was a mistake given the paucity of escalators in the local stations.)

Location is superb, very easy to get to from train station. Room is clean and bed is very comfy. Expecially love the brightly lighted library cafe where you can work, read or just relax with a cup of coffee.

Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and strong. Close to convenience store. 5 mins to train station. I had to send some items in the post and the front hotel staff helped me with the japanese text. Very kind. Good bag drop with tag system. Lovely friendly family hotel. I met some awesome people at breakfast. Breakfast is free - it does the job and is tasty. They are meticulous with cleaning.
