The property is very clean, everything is new. There have so many things for your stay, we never had apartment where the host prepared so many things for guests. The beds are very comfortable and clean, sleep very well. It’s not far from the Main Street and subway. Lotte mart is near with big underground market. The host is very helpful and ready to help anytime.

We stayed in Stay Hwagok for 14 days in October. We were looking for a local home experience and not a hotel. The house is close to the Hwagok Metro Station and convenient close to shopping and groceries. The house lies in a very calm and quiet little street, yet close to the lively Hwagok area where there is plenty of shopping and places to eat. The house was equipped with clean towels, shampoo, bodywash, clean bedding and was very clean and functional itself. There was a washing machine with detergent available and the kitchen was also stocked with basic needs - such as salt, pepper and cooking oil. Before arrival we had a small issue with our payment, but the host was kind enough to help us sort it out and ensure our stay. The communication with the host was flawless. She was very kind, helpful and always very prompt in replying to our inquiries. After a few days with warm weather, it got a bit chilly and our host contacted us to ensure that the house was warm enough and guided us to use the automatic heating system. There was good space in the three bedrooms, common area and the kitchen. There was good WIFI and a big and functional flatscreen tv. There is a small terrace with an awning - we didn't use it due to the colder weather in October, but it gives a nice space around the house as does the the big entrance area in front of the house. The house provided a great local feel of living in Korea. If we return to Korea we would surely ask to stay in the same house again :-)

Quality service from the commissary shop sales people helped, hotel rooms were good, good location near the lake, Breakfast very Authentic, should reduce the price bit lower as an add-on to the complementary menu .
