From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

I had a fantastic stay at Tiger Inn! The room and toilet were spotless, and the space was perfectly sized for a couple or a solo traveler. What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality of the owners—they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, from delicious food to seamless safari bookings. A unique touch is their welcome drink and complimentary jungle walk, where I was lucky enough to spot a rhino and some deer! Their services are not only top-notch but also the most economical compared to other tour companies. If you're visiting Chitwan, I highly recommend staying here!

We were made most welcome. Raj really was amazing, He couldn't do enough for us and made our trip to Chitwan the best it possibly could be. We chose this place as a result of the many comments about how amazing Raj was. We were not disappointed.

Everything! especially the gardens it was like a paradise, full of the most colourful flowers I have seen and birdsong, lovely clean room with outside balcony looking straight into the garden, food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the owner Kumar who went out and got me a bottle shower gel free of charge and took me to the Safari pick up and my next hotel free of charge, an exceptional place run by an exceptional man.

Everything! My room was in a tree house (all of them are), so when going there you should expect insects and some weird noises at night ;) but this is part of the experience! Susu the host and his friends were awesome! The food they prepared was extremely tasty from the curries, to the dalbat, to the various breakfasts. At night we would sit all together and play guitar, sipping on some beers while preparing the next day's schedule. Susu also arranged pick-ups from and to the bus station, prepared all the logistics for the Chitwan hike in the jungle (provided the permits, transportation, lunch, and the two guides needed, in addition to giving us some tips). He also prepared a tour of the village, took us to the local museum, and we walked around the river and saw some rhinos, deers, crocodiles, snakes, and boars during sunset (that was even before the jungle)! The atmosphere was extremely chill, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from the very center of Sauraha in a peaceful neighborhood. The building is modern and well-maintained, boasting a spacious garden with beautiful plantations and tables where guests can enjoy their meals. The dishes served are generous in portion, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. Speaking of service, the family that runs the hotel is remarkably friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and departure, I was pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to the bus station, which were provided without even having to ask. Someone was waiting for me at the station upon my arrival, and the owner even offered to drive me back to the hotel when they saw me walking from the center. All of my bookings, including the Chitwan tour and bus ticket to Kathmandu, were efficiently arranged through them, with flawless organization of pickups and drop-offs to the starting points—I didn't have to lift a finger. During my stay, I opted for the deluxe king room with A/C. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two persons, despite traveling solo. Hot water was available 24/7, and I did not experience any electrical shortages throughout my stay. There was a shared balcony just outside my room but also one available for every two rooms I think. The view was nice, looking at the fields of the area. Additionally, there was a shared balcony just outside my room, and I believe there was another one available for every two rooms.     People are super warm and friendly. They helped me in every way and in whatever I needed it. They make me feel at home. First day I arrived, the owner of the hotel, took me and other people to a bird watching experience at the Natural Reserve which is just across the hotel. Very kind man. Food was super.👍😊 Great family. I fully recommend this lovely family hotel to anyone who wants to feel relax in a safe and happy place .

    At this homestay you feel like you are part of the family who lives here. The mum really takes care of you like you are her own child and she knows her way around the towns. The dad is a really nice chill person and guides you easily through the jungle to see the animals you'd like to see. If you are lucky of course cause the man isn't an animal whisperer. The rooms are clean and tidy.

    Such a beautiful family who were always happy to see us. They went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was great, just a short walk to the main street with lots of food and shops. Prakash was just the best - he was always so friendly and organised absolutely everything for us to make our stay stress free and fun!

    I liked very warm and personal touch. The family didn't complain about my kids although they are quite active. The room was clean, had a fan and nice bathroom. It is possible to order breakfast and other homemade food. They also organised very sensible tours for us with good guides and all the transportation.

Once again thanks Hotel Peacock family for making our holiday pleasant. This property is Kid-friendly... The beautiful Rapti Riverside is just in a few minutes of walk time.👍

    Amazing homestay, clean and well managed and the owners are very friendly and welcoming, made me feel like family. I am traveling solo and new to this but they helped me organize everything, pickup and drop everywhere, was perfect for me. Food is great and rooms are clean and comofrtable, and most of all everything is very affordable. Would stay here again everytime I visit.
