I reserved this cottage for the month of October, to see the leaves change. I arrived when the mountains were dotted with specs of yellow and left when all the leaves turned earth brown and the wind was returning them back to the soil. Every morning I would sit in a loveseat with a cup of tea, foraged from mountain herbs, watching the sun pour into the living room through the window. And then I would start work. The Wifi signal was fantastic, even for group zoom video calls. I took the bike out to the waterfalls, zooming down the rocky mountain road. I went to the lake, a canyon, interesting rock formations. I was there during mushroom season and learned which ones are edible and I prepared them using the large and fully equipped kitchen. The sun sets early over the mountain so I would start a fire and the host would check with me to make sure I could do it. At the end of the day, I was happy to sink into a thick memory foam mattress that rested on top of two other mattresses. I felt like a princess on a pea.

This villa is THE place for mountain and nature lovers as it has beautiful natural surroundings. Very cozy and comfy accommodation and the host is just wonderful. This has been by far the most welcoming experience in Serbia for us (and we've stayed in quite a few places around the country!). We are so glad to have stayed here and definitely recommend this place!

Amazing place. Like visiting friends. It doesn't look like a hotel but very cozy, everything is done as if for yourself. There is everything you need and even more. Comfortable beds, secluded yard, convenient parking. Excellent road and access. Nearby is a unique place called Ushchel'ye. We were happy to spend the weekend here, we will gladly repeat it.
