Great location only 2 km from Alghero airport. We weren't flying but driving - a bit concerned about airport noise but in fact heard nothing. To get to Alghero was 5-10 minutes plus a few minutes to drive through to the old town. We used La Genziana as a base to explore the country west and north of Alghero, all the way to Porto Torres and Stintino. La Genziana is on a farm - we walked over to a dining building from our room. Big broad yard and grass with olive trees. Room was very quiet, very modern bathroom and nice rain head shower. Breakfast was great. La Genziana makes its own yoghurt, ricotta, pecorino cheese, pastries and bread. Our host made us capuccino and espressos.

Hidden gem located close near Alghero. Very friendly staff, Olga really did everything to make us feel at home. Excellent room with jacuzzi and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.
