I don’t even know where to start! The property was lovely and easy to get to. The rooms were very comfortable with modern touches. The staff was extremely welcoming and it felt like a true home away from home stay. I also had some of the best meals during my stay.

Loved the views. The sisters were very welcoming and helped us with restaurant, sight-seeing and other recommendations. Having homemade products at breakfast was nice. The farm and setting are beautiful. Enjoyed seeing the animals and exploring the farm during olive harvest.

We came at 2am to San Silvestro with 3 little kids. Carla and her husband welcomed us with open arms. From the first moment it was just like paradise. The House in the hills, between the wheat fields. The amazing pool. And Carla and her husband which always made sure we had everything we needed. It was a perfect place for us as a family, close by to everything we needed while remote enough to feel isolated in our vacation. Simply perfect.

    This was an incredible location which provided us the real rural Italian dream we had imagined with the stunning surroundings. The settings and staff were phenomenal and we couldn’t have asked for any more! Every time we drove down the drive we were blown away with how lucky we were! The breakfast was a lovely addition with the cappuccino and such tasty homemade treats! A real gem of a hotel!

    1) our room was spacious with all modern amenities; 2) the setting of the hotel is ideal - a castle in the middle of the countryside 3) the staff was very friendly and professional 4) breakfast offerings were generous 5) the hotel is located less than 15 minutes from Todi and the drive to Todi is through beautiful farmland;

    Farm house newly renovated with all comforts. Good shower. Good coffee machine. Quiet place. The owner's restaurant in town is excellent as well. There's free parking right beside the restaurant and you can walk to the centre from there. Beware the walk is steep with many steps. But you can also take the shuttle bus.
