Breakfast was great, good fresh fruit, pastries , good coffee. Scrambled eggs were too soft/ runny, but apparently that is how South Americans prefer it since other hotels had the same. Reception always helpful and pleasant

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

An excellent five star hotel in an exciting and vibrant neighbourhood. Chic and stylish interiors. Super comfortable bed and great shower. An amazing breakfast. The staff are incredible, and Daniel, on the front desk, gave us exceptional service. Thank you.
