Our room was spacious and comfortable. The elevators coordinated well, no long waiting times. Excellent breakfast and the pool is open from early morning til the evening, giving time to everybody to enjoy. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent, kind and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, with a living room that contained a sofa and two sitting chairs, as well as another sitting chair in the bedroom. The king-size bed was plush and comfortable, and the pillows were top notch. There was ample lighting throughout, with overhead lights, floor lamps and table lamps. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic selection and the seating was spacious and comfortable. It was, by far, my favourite place to stay in Guatemala and I'm only sorry I couldn't have stayed longer.

Very up to date and clean. Our kids enjoyed the revolving restaurant:). We got in too late to check out the pool. There was a Denny's next door which made a good breakfast stop for us before we went to the airport.
