What an amazing hotel, steeped in history. The staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room looked out over the front of the property, was large and very comfortable with lovely furniture. It has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Lido water bus terminal, and a few minutes from the beach on the other side. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our only complaint is that we were told that there were no more pancakes available, and this was at 9:30am, an hour and a half before the breakfast service officially ended.

A truly perfect boutique hotel with stunning views of Venice! Although it wasn’t our first time visiting the city, staying at this hotel made us fall in love with it all over again. We have been in many different 5 star hotels but Nolinski experience exceeded our expectations by far! It is the best experience to visit Venice and we will definitely back soon. The attention to every detail is amazing and the kindness of the staff is beyond amazing! The breakfast is an absolute must if you are staying in Nolinski. It was the best breakfast I’ve had in years and the service and atmosphere was fantastic. We celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and it was pure perfection! We will be definitely back and will look up for other Nolinski hotels when traveling for sure.

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.
