The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's a 5 minute walk from the Teatro Maggio Musicale (where we were going to a show in the evening) and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites in central Florence, so convenient. The hotel was absolutely spotless - and beautifully decorated. The bedroom, reception and dining rooms were welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh juice and great coffee and a buffet with both savoury a sweet options. Unfortunately because of the evening show we couldn't try dinner, but the staff kindly arranged for us to have a salad when we returned - rather too late for any restaurant. We'll definitely return!

What a wonderful experience. The hotel is phenomenal. So beautiful, and the pool and facilities wonderful. And the staff amazing! Fabio, for instance, gave us stellar advice and recommendations (we had the best dinner in our two week stay, because of his tips!). Fantastic team.
