This hotel is absolutely first class in all respects. Attention to detail really counts and it’s everywhere i.e. room standard, staff engagement, food & beverage, service level and cleanliness. Would rate this hotel 11/10 - you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Great breakfast and the food in the hotel is amazing. The staff were very attentive and knew who you are from the very beginning. The views from the hotel and the bedroom were breathtaking - waking up to Mount Vesuvius and Sorrento every morning was idealic. I will most definately be visiting the hotel again, and I recommend the hotel to everybody.

The view and location are unbeatable. The full panorama of the bay and just 10 minutes walk to the center of Sorrento. Everything is impeccably clean, the staff very professional and polite, the interior is very nice and atmospheric.

Wonderful hotel, looking at the Bay of Naples/Vesuvius from our room/balcony Ate at the Michelin restaurant - food was fantastic Biggest selection of cakes/pastries even seen at a breakfast - and they were scrumptious Wonderful piano playing at breakfast - absolutely delightful Also the pianist in the evening was fantastic - the atmosphere created on the balcony was really special
