Everything! From check in to check out was truly enjoyable Japanese hospitality. The breakfast at coffee shop and La Trianon were superb! One of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten! Will definitely come back again!

Excellent location 5 minutes from Sapporo station and beautiful property with the biggest breakfast spread i have even had in Japan...big spacious rooms.....great view from 10th floor.....and the staff went over and all out of their way to be helpful......I was so impressed but I think everyone in Japan are so wonderful. The room was perfect, larger size than usual Japanese rooms. The view to the park was very pleasant and we could see the mountains. It is strategically situated right next to a subway station that makes it easy to move around the city by subway.

Excellent location in the heart of Sapporo city. We were there to snowboard the surrounding resorts and this was an excellent base. Parking on site, easy access to the underground shopping precinct and restaurants which maze on for miles, super helpful staff and spacious rooms with excellent climate control and all the amenities you could need. Good bathroom, spacious with excellent water pressure. Good selection of restaurants (we didn't use them) but there seems to be something for everyone.
