I cannot write an objective review for the place since from me this was like a pilgrimage because I am just a huge fan of Geoffrey Bawa. Just being there was a dream come true! The staff is exceptional, very thoughtful and well mannered. The small touches like the happy hour where they serve home infused gin and tonic ( Bawa’s favourite) by the Lunuganga is an experience in itself. The sense was of history , his whimsical sense of design , his attention to detail is a learning in itself.. What a legacy !

Club Villa was such a beautiful place to stay! We stayed there for 2 days at the end of a busy trip travelling around Sri Lanka and we needed rest and relaxation! Everything about it was exceptional - best shower, comfortable spacious room! We loved the gardens and pool! The food was one of the best that we had in Sri Lanka! And above all the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, we thank them very much. Wish we had another day or two. Mary & Sean (Ireland)

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It felt like a little slice of paradise. The food was amazing - big shoutout to the chef for the best meals we've had in a while. The beach and hotel were super clean, and we loved chilling on our balcony with that breathtaking sea view. The staff were all great, making our stay even better.
