We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sielen Diva and it was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture and elegant design. The culinary experience was exceptional—undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. The chef’s creations were a masterpiece of flavors, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients that elevated every meal. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or a gourmet dinner under the stars, every bite was unforgettable. The hotel was impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained rooms and pristine public spaces. The beach was another highlight— huge waves and beautiful turtles. Above all, the staff made this experience truly outstanding. One of the best stays of our entire trip! Everything was excellent — from the warm welcome to the smallest details. The room was the most spacious and comfortable we experienced, with the comfiest bed of our whole holiday. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the lovely pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are absolutely stunning — you really feel immersed in the lush beauty of nature, and yet you’re just a short drive from Unawatuna. It’s the perfect balance of peace and convenience. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. Every morning, an amazing breakfast was prepared right in front of us, full of fresh, delicious ingredients. You can really feel the care they put into everything. We would come back in a heartbeat — highly recommended!

Exceptional My recent stay at SELENYA was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by pure luxury and comfort. The property itself was nothing less than magnificent. The attention to detail in the interior design and the quality of the amenities contributed to a sense of exclusivity. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. They were always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The food was incredible!! Breakfast was also excellent, and chef was attentive to my needs and tried to fulfill every wish I had. I felt absolutely safe as a solo female traveller staying at Selenya. Fantastic location too. Only a 10 min ride to Galle fort and Unawatuna.. This is one of the nicest villas I have ever stayed and I will definitely come back again.

Villa Ishq is a wonderfully luxurious villa set on a beachfront location in Talpe on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. The 5 bedroom suites are very well appointed and the bathrooms are huge and beautifully designed. What sets Villa Ishq above others is the staff. Led by the villa manager Nimal the staff are both many in number and super attentive. The cuisine is superb with all the local curries cooked fresh every day. We could order almost anything which was sourced locally and cooked to perfection. We had a most wonderful time! Many thanks for hosting us!

Chef Arune made very tasty dishes both in the morning and in the evening. Namindu kept the house tidy and everything was always very clean and beautiful. The owner has a transport company which we used to visit different places. It was safe and comfortable to be in the house. We were often visited by monkeys, peacocks and squirrels. The pool had different depths, so it is suitable for both children and adults. The house has a generator, which had to be started a few times.
