Staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Service is impeccable. Food is great. There are a lot of options at breakfast buffet. They also have a wide selection at the 2 restaurants. Nice touch is the turn down service at night with free snacks. I like how the trash bins are lined with newspapers they carefully made into a bag instead of using plastic bags.

Everything is modern and brand new facilities, very clean, and nice vibe in every corner. The view of the beach from our room is breathtaking. Our room has a jacuzzi as we got upgraded, and it was the highlight of our Bohol trip. Truly a dream place and the price is worth it. Right next to the beautiful alona beach. And lastly, the hotel staff are really nice and definitely five star service from them.

Extraordinary beach club, accommodation in the villas is just amazing - big rooms, luxurious, perfect equipment, large private terrace, bathroom as big as you can dance inside. If you like quiet and tranquility this place is for you. The villa is gorgeous and spacious. Not too far from the airport and Alona Beach. You can see Alona Beach from the restaurant. The horse riding was pretty great and the horses are very well taken care of. I’ve traveled to so many places and stayed at so many 4-5stars hotels/ resorts, the staffs here is by far the best I’ve seen. Very friendly and attentive. Front desk is very responsive with requests. The staffs even surprise me with birthday cake. I really enjoy all the conversations I had with all the staffs at Donatela. Overall I had a great stay at the resort and felt well rested. Would 10/10 recommend and come back here.

The hotel staff are very friendly and always with a smile. The place is very private and quiet away from the noise at Alona Beach.exceptionally clean and our room was always smelling fresh and sanitized ..the food as well is excellent.I was I itially wanting to book at hennan resort but I was glad I stayed with thus one.

Great facilities and the shuttle into Alona beach was really helpful too! We also liked the buffet breakfast each morning and the staff were really nice. There’s also lots of places to eat within walking distance if you choose not to eat at the restaurant (Korean bbq across the road is so good).
