I personally loved the professional work of the workers at this hotel. Very kind, very reliable, professional and helpful in every aspect! I also read the reviews and I can't agree with the bad reviews. People write it's a bad way up. It's steep but fast to reach and until now 1 out of 10 drivers couldn't accept my grab drive up there so no problems actually. Just book another one. Prices are also very very very ok in my opinion for what you get here. Also it's not too old like people claim. Of course not the newest renovation but they keep it in a very good shape. All in one there is nothing to complain about the price you pay compared to the accommodation you get . It's still very good in my opinion

What a beautiful Villa! We were welcomed warmly by Tau and his crew and were shown around. The Villa is amazing. Everything you can wish for.. even breakfast is made for you in your own kitchen. Beware of the steep road towards the site, but for the rest we had an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful time at The Rock Samui! All of the staff were very kind and helpful, gave us tips for trips around and helped us whenever possible. Communication was flawless via WhatsApp and we even had our light breakfast delivered to our villa. The Rock Villa itself is a dream: Vast and architectural inspiring, private pool and rooftop…everything, you could wish for. And the location is also top: You have access to a private beach with coral reefs in close swimming distance. Grandfather’s and Grandmother’s Rock are just around the corner, as well as other sightseeing spots. It was on the south end of Lamai Beach, so it was a little more quiet, but perfect for us as a family. Definite recommendation!

Everything! Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. The location is on the outer limits of Lamai beach which means it is quiet and away from the bustle of the main resort. Only a short walk though into the main centre. There is a road that you need to cross to get to the beach side pools and restaurants but there are permanently two guys who flag down the traffic and see you safely across. Breakfast is outstanding!

I would like to highly recommend the renaissance hotel and concierge service by the JENNIE PROM. She makes our vacatione better than we expected. She recommend the elephant entertaitment and she booked for us the hotel taxi for all day with scasual of the seeseeing everything worth to see and do in Koh Samui. Even that she booked for us the table in the most crould skybar in the Bangkok. The hotel is a perfect place for the relax, food are deliciois and the staff are very helpful.
